GUARANTEE:

I want you to be 100% satisfied with the Organic Magnesium Body Product from SPA RITUALS HEALING RETREATS. If for any reason you’re not, simply return or exchange your products, following the below guidelines!

RETURN AN ONLINE PURCHASE:

Any items(s) purchased online OR by phone that you are not 100% satisfied with may be exchanged or returned.

WITH ONLINE ORDERS - ORIGINAL INVOICE:

A merchandise credit, cash or exchange (excluding shipping & handling charges) will be issued for the return for orders where PayPal OR STRIPE was used as a form of payment. (Excluding shipping and handling charges.)

If you prefer a refund to the original form of payment (excluding shipping and handling charges) please follow the Returns by Mail instructions. All applicable promotions, discounts, offers, free items (as part of a qualifying purchase) will be prorated and applied to the refund amount.

WITHOUT ORIGINAL INVOICE:

If you do not have your invoice, your return will be an exchange or merchandise credit and will be issued based on the lowest selling price of the item, factoring in all applicable promotions, discounts, offers, free items (as part of a qualifying purchase.)

RETURN AN ONLINE PURCHASE BY MAIl:

STEP 1: Please send a copy of your invoice. And keep a copy for your records. Please note on the invoice if you want a refund or exchange and for which products.

STEP 2: Prepare your package for shipment by ensuring your merchandise & paperwork are included.

STEP 3: Be sure that all return packages are properly insured and tracked.

Return shipping fees are the customer’s expense.

Please allow up to 21 days to receive your return and process your credit.

ADDITIONAL RETURN BY MAIL GUIDELINES:

All returns will be credited to the original form of payment (excluding shipping and handling charges). All applicable promotions, discounts, offers, free items (as part of a qualifying purchase) will be prorated and applied to the refund amount. Once the return is processed, I will send an email confirmation of your credit. Please allow one to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.
